In 2013, ‘Uncle’ Paul Logan began making ice cream sandwiches to offer at the weekly farmer’s market where dessert options were lacking. A chef and farmer who grew up on the island, he uses top quality ingredients, and loves using the abundance of great local produce to create his unique and delicious flavors. With premium ingredients like local coffee, chocolate, honey, lilikoi and more, he and his crew pride themselves on creating a real “wow” experience for their customers island-wide.“

We will also visit The North Shore Soap Factory, which has a very interesting display of the soap making process and Island X, which gives mini tours explaining the locally grown coffee and chocolate processes as well as a shop full of interesting treats and nick-nacks. We will divide up into 2 or 3 groups to tour each shop for about 20-30 minutes. We will conclude around 11:30am for groups to get lunch and head back to base.

Children are welcome (please register them as your guest), and carpooling is encouraged! We will meet at the front gate soccer field parking lot at 9am. If you are driving on your own, please allow for traffic. Please contact Ashley with any questions: (804)543-3879
