What to wear & Bring:
- Comfortable clothes for movement, layers recommended
- Yoga mat (we'll have some extras if you don't have one)
- Blanket, pillow, meditation cushion, and/or beach towel to use as a "prop"
- Water bottle
- Journal or notebook and pen
